Our 1:1 Coaching curriculum was built from real-world execution across ventures in multiple industries. We demystify entrepreneurship and teach founders how to do it holistically, without burning out before the first dollar of revenue.
Founded and facilitated by Monique O. Ositelu, PhD, after building three companies from the ground up — including a Visa accelerator-backed fintech — Dr. Monique O. Ositelu experienced firsthand the hidden gap many entrepreneurs face: access to information does not always translate into execution, revenue, or sustainable growth.
Too often, founders spend years navigating costly trial and error, unclear positioning, disconnected distribution strategies, and partnership opportunities they were never taught how to access. While many accelerators and incubators provide inspiration and education, founders are still left asking:

That question became the foundation for Itàn’s founder support ecosystem.

The Executive Retreat experience was also born from lived experience.
During some of the most challenging seasons of building, Dr. Ositelu repeatedly found restoration, clarity, creativity, and renewed vision through intentional retreat and stepping away from environments that no longer supported innovation and peace. Those moments became catalysts for breakthrough ideas, strategic pivots, and renewed alignment.
